Child Watch Center
Located on the premises, our Child Watch Center is a short-term child care service for children 6 weeks to 10 years of age. For more information, visit Child Watch Center.

Dash & Splash
Join us for Dash & Splash !  Start your morning off right for the entire family!  Parents can enjoy almost two hours of work out time while their children participate in our kid's gym obstacle course and swim lessons.  Bring your friends to join us in this awesome new program designed for our Metro YMCA families! (advance registration required)

Kids Gym/Family Gym
Kids Gym is a series of recreational classes where kids come and learn while being active, building skills and having fun!  For ages 1-1/2 to 9. Specific classes include Kids and Parents, Preschool Kids and School Age. See Kid's Gym Schedule.

Lasting Relationship Workshops
