Personal Training can make the difference in the sucess of your fitness program. Your trainer will design a program to meet your needs and goals while providing you with safe and effective exercises.
The role of our Personal Trainers is to help you achieve your fitness goals through monitoring your exertion during a workout session and providing you with correctional feedback to reduce the possibility of injuries. If you are in a rut, not getting the results you want or you need renewed motivation, Personal Training is an excellent way to put new life into your workouts.

Costs
$50.00 per hour Y Member

$225.00 – 5 sessions, Y Members
$400.00 – 10 sessions, Y Members
